Highly recommend this service; I called other companies and got a "run around" before I called Duct Dudes and I'm very glad I was referred to them. David and Ervin from Duct Dudes just did a great job professionally cleaning the ducts in my house. They needed cleaning after a house renovation project, and Duct Dudes took care of it. Today I had a duct cleaning service done for three of our systems, and I’m extremely impressed with the results. David and Ervin were the technicians who handled the job, and they were both fantastic. They were very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing throughout the process. Most importantly, they were incredibly thorough and made sure everything was cleaned properly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality duct cleaning services!

Thank you Pablo and Ismael for your continued excellent work and dryer vent cleaning services! This is my second time using this company; I first went to them in 2023. The employees working in the office are very polite, understanding and helpful. I will be using this very reliable company again next time I need to get my dryer vent cleaned! I highly recommend them! Thanks again!

This was my first time getting my dryer vent cleaned. I’ve had my LG washer and dryer for about 3 years now so I knew I was long overdue. Out of all the business that came up from a Google search, the reviews and rating for Duct Dudes stood out to me so I decided to give them a call. The young lady who answered the phone (I think her name was Katie…or Evie) was very polite, professional and helpful as I explained this was my first time getting the service. Ismael and Pablo showed up to do the service. They were extremely polite and professional. They explained the job to me, had to move my stackable washer and dryer out of the way in order to access the dryer vent behind it & had to shorten the vent hose as it was too long. They did a great job and I will definitely contact Duct Dudes and request Ismael and Pablo next year when I have to get the dryer vent service again.

Our clothes dryer had not been drying efficiently for a while. When it started to smell smoky, I called DUCT DUDES per a referral from George's Appliance, who recommended duct cleaning before servicing the dryer. The female appt. scheduler at Duct Dudes promptly returned my call and set up an appt. the next day! From the scheduler to the gentlemen who visited my home, everyone handled my calls and concerns with courtesy and professionalism. As promised, Genaro and Ismael called ahead to say they'd be here in 10 mins, which they were. They worked quickly and efficiently, preventing what could have been a fire catastrophe as our duct was badly clogged with debris. Hopefully, the dryer will NOT need to be serviced now that the duct is clear. Thank you, DUCT DUDES and George's Appliance, for the referral!!

Genaro and Ismael just came to our house to clean our dryer ducts. They were prompt, respectful, efficient, and knowledgeable. They found a problem preventing our dryer from working correctly when the last person told us we didn't have a problem. I highly recommend asking for Genaro and Ismael.

Amazing service. I’m incredibly happy with the results. I will do this again with them and highly recommend anyone who hasn’t used them yet.

Hassan and Pablo were great at their job. Hassan is very knowledgeable and explaining what he is doing at every step. Our home had never been cleaned before so you can imagine the dust but Hassan patiently went through the whole process without any murmuring. Very systematic and once they left they were no traces of dust left in home. Duct Dudes is worth it's price. Will call them again and will vouch for their services.

David & Ismail did a fantastic job of cleaning our home and dryer vents. They were professional and very conscientious about keeping the house free of dust while they did their work (cleaned up as they went from room to room). I also appreciated the time David took to walk through the house before they started working so I could discuss concerns I had (and work around my dog being there the whole time). I had waited far too long to get this work done because the first company we used was not careful at all. I wish I had heard of Duct Dudes sooner! Highly recommend!

Score me extremely satisfied....from the immediate response to my on-line inquiry...to the end of the project. Our ducts had not been cleared in over 10 years. Our techs (David and Ervin) were proof positive that "teamwork makes the dream work." They arrived (on time), first analyzed the location of our "intake and return" registers and then immediately began working; keeping us updated on their progress...showing us "before/after" photos of the ducts to illustrate the difference that the cleaning achieved. David even worked in our garage...carving an access opening in a duct for the vacuum to work...and then professionally sealing up the opening. They were customer friendly, polite and professional throughout the 2 hrs they were with us. One more thing....it's clear that they enjoy working for "Duct Dudes". When employees like the company they work for, it shows in the quality of their work.

The best workers to do work for us. Thank you so much! Genero chuy y Ismael

They left everything nice and clean, put all the furniture back. Definitely would recommend them!

Duct Dudes was recommended by our local HVAC guy. It was a great experience from start to finish. An appointment was available within a few days. Customer service is top notch, from making the appt to the technicians. They were wonderful on the phone and in person. Professional and courteous, and worked quickly! I will be recommending Duct Dudes to everyone!

We had a top notch experience with Duct Dudes recently. Hassan and his team arrived right on time, having called 30 minutes before as promised. They cleaned 2 dryer ducts for us, one of which was totally blocked. They were very professional and conscientious about keeping our home clean and used shoe covers which gets them extra points. Both dryers are now working perfectly. We will definitely use them again and will be sharing their contact with friends and neighbors.
