Multi-Unit Dryer Vent Cleaning

One building, dozens of dryers, and every vent is your liability. We clean the whole building, schedule around your tenants, and hand you a unit-by-unit report.

Built for Buildings

In an apartment or condo building, residents rarely clean their own dryer vents, and many can't. The vent runs through the building to a wall high off the ground or up to the roof. Lint builds up for years, and one clogged vent puts every unit near it at risk.

We clean multi-unit buildings from both ends: inside at the dryer connection, and outside at the wall or roof termination, using lifts when the vents are up high. Your team gets one point of contact, one schedule and one invoice.

What You Get

One schedule for the building

We plan the days with your property manager or super, floor by floor or building by building.

Tenant notices

We give you notice text to send residents with dates, times and what to expect.

Unit-by-unit report

A list of every unit: cleaned, not accessible, or needs repair. Useful for your records and your insurance carrier.

Repairs flagged, not surprised

Crushed hoses, disconnected duct or broken caps get noted with a price. Nothing extra is done without your OK.

Outside work handled

Wall caps high off the ground and roof terminations, with lifts where needed.

One invoice

Priced per unit, billed to the association or management company.

How We Price Buildings

Multi-unit jobs are priced per unit, and the per-unit price drops as the unit count goes up. Every building is different, so we price it after an on-site estimate.

Per-unit pricing

Volume rates

The more units we clean in one visit, the lower the price per unit.

On-site estimate

Free

We walk the building first and give you a written per-unit price before anything is scheduled.

What changes the price: how high the vents end and whether we need a lift, roof vs. wall terminations, how long and twisty the runs are, whether vents share a common riser or booster fan, how many units we can reach per day, and how easy access is to each unit.

Multi-Unit FAQ

How much does it cost per unit?

It depends on the building. Height, access, roof vs. wall vents and how many units we do per visit all change the price. We give you a written per-unit price after a free on-site estimate, and the per-unit price drops as the unit count goes up.

How often should a building's dryer vents be cleaned?

Once a year is a good baseline for most buildings. Buildings with long vertical runs, heavy use or shared laundry often need it more often.

Do residents need to be home?

Someone needs to give us access to the dryer inside each unit. Most managers use a master key or have staff walk with us. Units we can't reach are noted on the report.

Can you clean vents that end on the roof or high on a wall?

Yes. We work from the roof and from lifts to clean the outside terminations, not just the dryer end.

Do you provide documentation?

Yes. You get a unit-by-unit report showing what was cleaned, what we couldn't access and anything that needs repair.
