Pre-war co-ops, luxury condos and high-rise offices. Duct Dudes cleans air ducts and dryer vents all over Manhattan, and we've done it in some of the city's most expensive apartments.
Manhattan buildings come with their own rules: building management approval, elevator reservations, work hours and tight spaces. Newer condos often have ducted systems in every unit, older buildings have through-wall and PTAC units, and many buildings have dryer vents that run several floors. We work with your super and management office on scheduling and access, and our crew is equipped for high-rise work.
