Duct Dudes Is Back: Our Big-Time Comeback Online

Duct Dudes has been cleaning air ducts and dryer vents across New Jersey since 2004. For a lot of those years, we were better at the work than we were at the internet. Our last blog post went up in 2022. Our website looked like it, too.

Not anymore. We just rebuilt ductdudes.com from the ground up, and this is our official comeback. Here’s what’s new, what hasn’t changed, and why we did it.

Why We Rebuilt Everything

Most people find us on their phone, usually right after they notice dust blowing out of a vent or a dryer that takes two cycles to dry a load of towels. They want three things fast: who we are, what it costs, and proof we know what we’re doing. Our old site made you dig for all three.

So we started over with one rule: show people the real thing. Real crew, real prices, real jobs.

1. Real Faces, Not Stock Photos

Every photo on the new site is us: our technicians, our trucks, our jobs. No models in hard hats pretending to clean a vent. When the Dudes show up at your door, you’ll recognize them.

We also finally told the story of how Duct Dudes started, with a busted knee, a used truck sitting on flat tires in San Antonio, and seven years of cleaning ducts on weekends. You can read it on our About page.

2. Upfront Pricing on Every Service

We got tired of companies hiding their prices behind a phone call, so our prices are right on the site:

• Air duct cleaning, 1 HVAC unit: $550–$700, about 2 hours
• Air duct cleaning, 2 HVAC units: $800–$1,200, about 4 hours
• Dryer vent cleaning: $175–$250 for most homes, about an hour
• Steel bird guard vent caps: $200–$225 installed

3. Proof You Can See

Anybody can say they do a great job. We’d rather show you. The new site has real before and after photos from our jobs, plus videos from our YouTube channel of lint blasting out of clogged dryer vents. When ductwork is very dirty, we always take before and after pictures so you can see exactly what came out.

4. Built for Your Phone

We rebuilt the site to load fast on a phone, even on a weak signal. Our homepage went from a Google mobile speed score of 71 to 90. You can call us with one tap from any page, and our contact form takes about 30 seconds to fill out.

5. What Our Customers Say, Front and Center

We’re proud of our 4.9-star rating from more than 560 Google reviews, so we put them right on the homepage. Those reviews come from real customers, and they’re the best advertising we have.

What Hasn’t Changed

The new website is just the storefront. The work behind it is the same as it’s always been:

• 4 NADCA-certified technicians, and one is on every job
• 5 truck-mounted vacuums with 16,000 CFM of suction each
• 200+ PSI compressed air to scrub every line
• A real office in Woodbridge, NJ, where a real person answers the phone
